If you load the video player and you see the message, "Cannot load M3U8: crossdomain access denied (2048)" at the top of the player, the video is being blocked. The video can be blocked by either a software or hardware firewall.
Most of the time this issue is related to a corporate, hospital, or government firewall that is blocking videos. Please contact your IT department or use a different network to complete your courses.
If you logged in remotely through your corporate VPN, please browse the internet without going through the VPN. If you have a software firewall please disable it or adjust the security settings.
One other option is to try a different web browser. We believe this error is related to Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11. Please try using the Chrome or Firefox browser as these browsers don't rely on Flash and may be able to stream your video without your network blocking it. However, some networks may also block video on these browsers too.
