The certificate date is the date you originally obtain your certificate on our site. The date can be different from the date you completed the course if you did your course offline or didn't follow the online prompts.
Offline Courses
Many states allow us to offer offline courses. We may offer our courses as: video download, mp3 download, on CD, and USB sticks. When you complete an offline course you must log back into our site to let us know you completed the course because we are unable to track when you complete these offline courses. The day you log back into our site and obtain your certificate will be the date of record on your certificate.
If it is important that the date on your certificate is the date you completed the course please make sure you login and obtain your certificate on the day you completed the course.
Online Streaming Courses
When you stream our courses online we are able to track your progress. However, you must follow the online prompts to get your certificate. Please let the video play all the way until the end and give it a second to register. You will than be able to go through the process of obtaining your certificates.
Check your certificates to make sure that they were issued. If you don't have a certificate we do not consider the course completed.
