Immediate Certs

Course completion certificates are issued as soon as you complete the course and you can either download or email them to yourself immediately upon completion of the course. You can find your certificates on the Certificates page.

If you don't see a certificate for a course we do not consider it completed. 

Streaming Courses

Complete the entire course, give it a half-second to register and the system will take you through the process of obtaining your certificate. If you have completed the course but don't have a certificate, go to Incomplete Courses and click the Get Certificate button. If you have completed the course, a certificate will be issued. If you haven't completed the course (< 100% complete) click Watch Course or Listen to Course to complete the course.

Downloaded or Offline Courses (CD or USB bundles)

Since we can't track your progress when you complete downloaded or offline courses you must go back to the site after you complete the course to get your certificate. Go to Incomplete Courses and click Get Certificate. Some states require that we embed code numbers that you must know before we can issue a certificate. Please write down the embedded code numbers.
