Downloading a video course

Most states allow you to download a video version of the course and watch it offline. This allows you to watch anywhere you want, even if you don't have internet access. Streaming a course is easier, but if you need to download here are instructions.

  1. Go to Incomplete Courses.
  2. Click Download Course Video and save the file to your computer. The file is .mp4 and can be played on any modern computer or portable device. To play the video just double click on the file and it will open in your video player.
  3. After you complete the course log back into the site and go to Incomplete Courses.
  4. Click Get Certificate. Follow the prompts to get your certificate of completion.

All downloaded courses have embedded course codes in them. If your state requires that we verify you completed the course, you will need these codes. We don't consider the course completed until you have a certificate.
