Downloading and printing a certificate

Once you complete a course, a certificate of completion is issued. You will find your certificates on the Completed Courses page. If you don't have a certificate for a specific course we do not consider the course completed. If you are having issues completing a course please let us know.

Once you have a certificate you can either download it or email it to yourself. Click either the Download Certificate or Email Certificate button. Downloading the certificate is the easiest method. If you email it to yourself, please check your SPAM folder and move it to your InBox if it ends up there. If you still don't see the email please switch to downloading it.

Your certificate will download or email as a PDF. Any device or computer can open a PDF document.  If your operating system doesn't already have a PDF view, you can download Adobe Acrobat, a free download, by go here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Uncheck any optional offers and follow the prompts to download and install the software.

Once you have the certificate on your system just double click to open it if it doesn't automatically open. If you ever need to download your certificates again just go back to the Completed Courses page.

To print your certificate click File >> Print or the printer icon from Adobe Acrobat or your browser's default PDF viewer. If your printer fails to actually physically print your certificate on a piece of paper, but you can view the certificate you are having a printer issue. Due to the number of operating system and printer combinations we are unable to support printing issues. Please contact your printer manufacturer for help with physically printing your certificates.
