I can't see the video at all

If you can't see the video splash screen and are unable to click the Play button it usually means that the video is being blocked by the network you are on. Many places block videos.

  1. Government workplaces.
  2. Military workplaces.
  3. Hospitals.
  4. Corporate and law firm networks.
  5. Public WiFi spots.
  6. Pop up blocking and site blocking software.

If your corporate network is blocking  our course videos please contact your IT department to see if they can allow you to watch videos. Government and other networks are usually locked and can't be adjusted.  If you have installed pop up blockers and/or other internet security software please disable it to see if this helps.

If you can't stream a course please try the download option if your state allows. Often many of these locations allow downloads, however, many government sites don't allow downloading either. If this is the case please try at home.
