Did you purchase the wrong course or bundle? Don't worry, you can often fix this yourself. You don't need to cancel your order or ask for a refund if you just need to swap some courses.

If you need to exchange some courses you can easy fix this from the Incomplete Courses page. Just click the Exchange Course button from the far right hand side of the page. This will unenroll you from the course and add the credit hours back into your online account. Next click Add Course from the navigation menu. Find a course that you want to add and click Add Course.

The system works on a per credit basis.
