Mailing of materials

Unless you ordered a shipped bundle (CD or USB Bundle) we do not mail course material. Most people order our online courses and bundles and everything is done online. You can sign up, download the course material, complete a course, and get your certificates all online.

If you need your certificates mailed please call us.

As an add-on service, we will mail you your certificates. The cost to mail certificates is:

  • $7.50 0-15 certificates first class mail USPS
  • $10.00 16-30 certificates first class mail USPS
  • $15.00 31-50 certificates first class mail USPS
  • $60.00 0-50 certificates next day air UPS

If you ordered a shipped bundle we will send you an email with the shipping details as soon as we ship your package. If you are having issues with tracking your package please start a chat, give us a call, or submit a support ticket.
