With over three million CLE credits completed we know how to report your completed CLE to your state. We follow your state's requirements so you don't have to worry.
If your state requires that we report your completed courses, our automated reports run weekly on Thursday. Except Texas which is every Monday and on the 1st and Puerto Rico which is the 1st and 15th. See below for specific state details. Also please note that many states require both provider and attorney reporting.
Important reporting information
A common question we get is, "I need to finish my courses before the end of the month, but you don't report until the 1st?"
This is normal and the states have this factored in. Otherwise there would be an arbitrary cut off time before your compliance deadline. For example, if your compliance deadline is December 31, it is
midnight
December 31 (not 11:00 or 11:55). Just complete your courses before midnight on your deadline. Most states require that we report within 30 days of course completion (except Delaware which is 45 days). We report each week to stay well within your state's requirement.
Except Texas:
Texas is the only state where the above is not correct.
If you do not complete your courses before the last Sunday of the month (where the last Sunday is not the last day of the month) you need to self-report because your courses will not be reported before your deadline. Texas attorneys must self report
before
the deadline.

Texas: Email reports are automatically sent just after midnight on Monday and the 1st. Your state will handle data entry of our reports. This typically takes two business days.
