Streaming Videos
If you are using an iOS device such as an iPhone, iPad, or iTouch you can access our site through the Safari web browser and stream your courses easily.
To stream a course on your iOS device follow these steps.
- Go to Incomplete Courses.
- Select either Listen to Course or Watch Course.
- When the player loads, click the Play button to start your course.
MP3 and Video Downloads - Easy Method
To download our audio or video files please follow these instructions.
- Go to Incomplete Courses.
- Select either Download Course Audio or Download Course Video.
- Videos are .mp4 files.
- MP3 are .mp3 audio files. These are the smaller of the two file sizes.
- A pop-up window will appear with instructions. After reading the instructions, click Download Now. A pop up will appear asking you to Download. Click the second Download button.
- Wait until the file downloads (you can keep track by watching the circle around the blue download arrow). You will see this Blue Arrow in the address bar at the bottom of Safari. Don't navigate away (it can take a few minutes if you have a slower connection and are downloading the larger video files).
- Once it has finished downloading, click the Blue Arrow. The Blue Arrow will appear in the address bar at the bottom of Safari. A pop up comes up. Click on Downloads. This will open your Downloads.
- Look for the downloaded course file, it will have a .zip after it. Click on the file. This will expand the file for you.
- Find the new, non .zip file and click on it. This will launch the player.
- Click the Play button (white arrow) and your course will start.
You can listen or watch immediately, or after saving it to your device, you can open the file by finding it by opening the Files app and navigating to where you saved it.
MP3 and Video Downloads - Two Step Method
A second option is to download the files to your computer and transfer them to your iOS device. You can either transfer the files through iCloud, iTunes, or through a different cloud service. First you have to download the files to your computer. Follow these steps.
- Go to Incomplete Courses.
- Select either Download Course Audio or Download Course Video.
- Videos are .mp4 files.
- MP3 are .mp3 audio files. These are the smaller of the two file sizes.
- Download and save the file to your computer.

How to Transfer Files to Your iOS Device
iCloud is the easiest way to transfer our course files to your iOS device. If you don't have iCloud you can use iTunes or DropBox.
- iCloud - Download and save the files on your computer. Transfer them to iCloud and open on your iOS device. Click here for iCloud instructions.
- iTunes - Download and save the files on your computer. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable. Manually transfer the files to your device. Click here for iTunes instructions.
- Cloud - Save the files to your cloud provider (iCloud, DropBox, OneDrive, etc.). Open the app on your device and save the files for offline use. Click here for DropBox instructions.
