Course Codes

If you downloaded a course (video download or audio download) or purchase a shipped bundle (CD, MP3 Player, or USB) all of the courses contain embedded numeric codes. If your state requires that we verify your completion, you will need to know these embedded codes. The codes are randomly placed in the course. One hour courses have two codes, with longer courses having more. The codes are three digit numbers.

If you are listening to the course (MP3 Player, USB audio, or CD) the presenter will stop and you will hear a woman repeat each code two or three times. If you are watching the course (video download or USB video) the presenter will stop and you will see the code number on the screen and hear the code repeated two or three times. Please write down the codes so you can enter them later.

Once you have the codes, go back to our website, login and go to the Incomplete Courses page. Click the Get Certificate button and follow the prompts to enter the codes and receive your course certificate.
