State Verification Requirements

Streaming Verification

Some states require that we verify that you are taking the course. If your state requires this, we will randomly prompt you with a pop-up that you need to click (The course will pause and a pop up is displayed. Click the "OK" button to prove you are paying attention). If you fail to click the prompt before the timer runs out (time depends on your state's requirement) you will start back in time when you try and restart the course. Watch/listen to the course until the end and give the system a second to register, follow the prompts to get your certificate.

Download Verification
All downloaded courses have embedded code numbers in them. These are three digit numbers such as 123 or 456. If your state requires that we verify you completed the course, you will need these codes. Please write down the code numbers so that you can enter them to get a certificate. If you don't have a certificate, we don't consider the course complete.
