Media Options
All courses can be streamed or downloaded. Streaming is the easiest option because we keep track of your progress. However, if you have a poor internet connection, want to take them offline, or just need a download option you can choose between audio and video downloads.
Streaming Audio
To listen to a streaming audio course, go to the Incomplete Courses page.
- Select Listen to Course.
- When the player loads, click the white Play button.
Streaming Video
To watch a streaming video course, go to the Incomplete Courses page.
- Select Watch Course.
- When the player loads, click the white Play button.
Some states require that we verify that you are taking the course. If your state requires this, we will randomly prompt you with a pop-up that you need to click. If you fail to click the prompt before the timer runs out (time depends on your state's requirement) you will start back in time when you try and restart the course. Watch/listen to the course until the end and give the system one-half second to register, follow the prompts to get your certificate.
Video Download
To download a video course, go to Incomplete Courses page.
- Click Download Course Video.
- Save the file to your computer. The file is .mp4 and can be played on any modern computer or portable device. To play the video just double click on the file and it will open in your video player.
Audio Download
To download an audio course go, to Incomplete Courses page.
- Click Download Course Audio.
- Save the file to your computer. The file is .mp3 and can be played on any modern computer or portable device. To play the audio course just double click on the file and it will open in your audio player.
Getting Your Certificate For Downloaded Courses
All downloaded courses have embedded course codes in them. If your state requires that we verify you completed the course, you will need these codes. To complete the course just login to our site and go to Incomplete Courses. Click Get Certificate and follow the prompts to get your certificate of completion. We don't consider the course completed until you have a certificate.
